UI Project Lead - ‘23 Chevrolet Colorado & GMC Canyon

Responsible for all UI assets for MY23 Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon. Managed offshore graphic UI team, provided workload deliverable schedules, organized domain kanbans to track all outstanding/late tickets from software, and developed a process to provide released assets. Successfully delivered 54 domains for 2 themes in 7 months for 80% software build. Completed all outstanding tickets before hand off to Launch Readiness.

Challenge: UI files were dormant for 6 months and missed 60% release. Multiple tickets against both programs. Sketch libraries were out of date, needed to update graphics to latest UI Specs and design themes for all domains.

Process: Using Agile/Safe process, created Kanbans for 2 weeks Sprints and worked with software/PDs/POs to prioritize deliverables. Met with offshore team daily at 6am to review workload. Developed a tracking document to identify weekly issues and provided detailed descriptions of changes required with supporting images. Due to time difference we were able to work seamlessly around the clock.
