Maintained a .xlsx for each designer outlining their delegated program dates when deliverables were due.
Held weekly Monday morning review to identify any issues that needed escalation or review.
Next Gen Radio UI
Role: Program/Project Manager
Communicated timing for all release gates for 9 different brand themes to the graphic design team, prioritizing brands that launched first. Managed stakeholders across 4 organizations to apply feedback to design for the customer.
Implemented an excel document to organize all branded assets by screen (5000+ assets); detailed asset name, date released, size of asset and an image for overall screen. Excel document was crucial for designers and downstream users to highlight missing content in software.
Hosted weekly meetings with design team to outline any issues and to reiterate deliverable timing.
Released scheduled deliverables in TcAE repository.
